Over the past two decades in the watch industry, I have had the opportunity to work closely with timepieces of every kind from luxury Swiss watches to everyday favourites. Throughout this journey, one challenge remained consistent, the standard of after-sales service often fell short of the expectations of watch owners. Lengthy turnaround times, limited communication, and a lack of transparency made the servicing experience unnecessarily difficult. For many customers, a watch is more than a possession it represents milestones, memories, and personal significance. We believed they deserved a service experience that reflected the value of what they were entrusting to us. With this vision, WatchQube was established.
